Welcome to Yumaplanroom.com, a digital platform designed to streamline the construction document sharing and proposal process. These terms and conditions govern your subscription and use of our services. Yumaplanroom.com is operated by Calculated Designs LLC. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription Types and Fees

        •       Owner Builders: A one-time charge of $200 allows an owner builder to upload one project to the platform for the purpose of receiving proposals. This subscription does not renew.
        •       General Contractors: A monthly subscription fee of $40 provides unlimited project submissions and access to download projects submitted by owner builders.
        •       Material Suppliers and Subcontractors: A monthly subscription fee of $40 allows for the download of all project submissions. However, these members cannot upload projects.

All subscriptions require a credit card for payment and are subject to automatic recurring charges each month, starting on the date the membership begins.

2. Payment and Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must email a notice of cancellation to [email protected] before your next billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellations will take effect after the next scheduled credit card charge.

3. Liability and Responsibilities

Yumaplanroom.com and Calculated Designs LLC are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or any other aspect of the construction documents hosted on the site. All documents are the property of the member who uploads them. Furthermore, Yumaplanroom.com and Calculated Designs LLC will not be held liable for the workmanship, qualifications, or the execution of work by contractors or any party hired through the platform.

While Yumaplanroom.com will verify the active contractor licenses in the state of Arizona at the time of member registration, continuous monitoring of license status is not within our responsibility. Hiring parties must independently verify the current licensure and qualifications of contractors, including seeking out reviews and confirming workmanship standards.

4. Use of Service

The service is intended solely for the sharing and reviewing of construction documents related to residential projects. Any misuse of the platform for other purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided on Yumaplanroom.com is the property of Calculated Designs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Amendment to Terms

Yumaplanroom.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All members will be notified of any changes, which will become effective upon posting to the site.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
